Our hours
are Monday – Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. The office is closed for lunch between 12:30pm-1:00pm.
When you
arrive for your visit, you will be asked to answer a
brief questionnaire and we will obtain a current copy of
your insurance coverage. Please bring a list of your
medications and any allergies to medication you may
have.
Please allow at least 1½ hours for a complete eye examination by Dr. Goffman. This time allows for a comprehensive examination of your eye, including dilation to inspect the health of your retina and optic nerve.

RETINAL PHOTOGRAPHY – DIGITAL IMAGING OF YOUR RETINA
OCULAR COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY (OCT) – DIGITAL MAPPING OF YOUR MACULA AND OPTIC NERVE TO DETERMINE EARLY SIGNS OF MACULAR DEGENERATION OR GLAUCOMA CHANGES.
